We’re specifically talking about breakthroughs for the people outside of the Church—and for personal breakthroughs, or shifts in our own faith.
What would the Bay Area look like if more people truly understood that God loves them—that He’s a good father and provider? What would it look like if families had a place to rest, re-connect, and have fun? What would it look like for our friends, neighbors, and coworkers to finally have a sense of belonging here? Achieving these things requires innovation and sacrifice—and most importantly—surrender.
In Development
Venture’s campus is a rare gift — 27 acres in the heart of the Bay Area.
The VEC: Venture Event Complex is designed to steward that gift by creating spaces that naturally invite families, neighbors, and the broader community onto our campus for experiences that matter to them.
This complex will include region-leading sports and family-focused facilities — fields, courts, and indoor gathering spaces — designed to host leagues, tournaments, conferences, and large-scale family events.
These activities create natural on-ramps for people to experience community, build relationships, and engage in meaningful shared experiences.
The Venture Event Complex is currently in development, with planning and timelines underway. When complete, it will serve both the Venture community and the wider Bay Area as a welcoming space designed for connection, recreation, and gathering.
Construction Beginning Soon
Construction begins early 2026, and this space will set the tone for how people experience belonging at Venture.
We know the campus may feel a little crowded and noisy while the work is underway—but that’s a good problem!
Every dust cloud and detour means we’re one step closer to creating places where lasting friendships and faith conversations will take root.
Construction Beginning Soon
The Backyard is envisioned as a vibrant, flexible space for play, fellowship, and community engagement — a natural extension of our campus where families can gather, children can play, and events of all sizes can unfold. Thoughtfully designed with activities, seating areas, and open space, the Backyard will create room for joyful connection and sustained community life well beyond Sunday mornings.
Targeted for construction to begin Summer 2026, this space will deepen Venture’s capacity to host everything from casual fellowship to large outdoor gatherings.
We’re thrilled to announce that Venture Coffee is now fully open—a vibrant, welcoming space offering delicious coffee and warm hospitality. Designed as part of our Breakthrough campaign, this café features ethically sourced brews, comfortable indoor and outdoor gathering areas, and is already serving as a meaningful hub for community connection on our campus.
This space offers a restful pause, a conversation starter, and a place to build relationships—and it’s all made possible thanks to your generosity. The coffee shop outdoor gathering space will continue to expand with the build out of the front porch.
The Venture App is live and already empowering our community to go deeper in faith, right from your device. Offering features like Daily Scripture, Prayer Sharing, Gratitude Journaling, and Live Sermon Notes, the app is intentionally designed to help users engage with the Bible, pray together, and reflect daily—making spiritual growth a seamless part of everyday life.
The number one need of our community that we can uniquely meet is to help raise kids who thrive. Families in our community will do whatever it takes to help their kids. They invest large amounts of money in tutors, camps, sports, and school. But that’s not always working, as evidenced by the increase in depression, anxiety, and suicide in our younger age groups.
Our area is lacking in training and development opportunities for how to raise healthy families with healthy rhythms and a grace-centric worldview. Through unique, biblically-based content, as well as events designed specifically for parents and kids, we can help any family, regardless of their faith-background, increase the chances their children will grow up to lead a healthy life.
